Fred probably has the best customer service in the business. Not only did he work with us to meet our budget, he also did not leave any loose ends- made sure our new units work well, were registered with the manufacturers, helped us apply for rebates we qualified for, made sure our wall was patched and painted when our thermostat also needed to be replaced. The heating and cooling units he installed are working well, and if we ever have any issues, he's got a labor warranty as well. Very professional, always on time.
Fred did an annual water heating maintenance procedure for us that was very thorough and professional. He was on time and took the time to show and explain the procedure he performed. He is very fair priced and even gave me a senior discount I had not asked for. A really nice guy. I highly recommend him.
I'm posting this review in a few places to get the word out. I hired Beeman's to install a complete HVAC system, including all the ducts, because my home only had in-wall Cadet heaters. Fred and his brother started on Wednesday morning, and by Friday afternoon, I had working air conditioning. Fred is fantastic; he has over 30 years of experience in HVAC work and is just a fun guy to work with. I'll probably hire him to install an attic fan next.
