Fred saved me $$2300.00 over the Trane dealer on the repair of my heat pump. He also found the system was over charged which lead to the slow demise which was done by a heights neighborhood heating and cooling company....so again thank you for working on the weekend and late in the evening to fix my system.

Fred saved us a bundle of $$$ by getting our furnace motherboard replaced under warranty. I thought our warranty had expired, but Fred noticed we still had 3 months left!! While working in our attic where our furnace is located... Fred noted that the HUMIDITY seemed a bit high?!? Unrelated to our furnace repair... but his comment led us to find a HOT WATER pipe had ruptured UNDER our home! Took a week to track this leak down... but in the long run... AGAIN... Fred saved us a bundle of $$$ as noting the high humidity led us to the water leak! Thanks Fred!!👍🏼👍🏼
Fred helped us out in a pinch when our heat went down over the weekend... He came out to the house right away on a Saturday; diagnosed our problem, and had it up & running first thing Monday morning once he could get the replacement parts.
